Sermon: Pick Me!

“Pick Me!”

(November 21, 2010)  Jesus invites relationship and forgiveness even in his most painful moment, on the cross. In doing so, he reveals to us God’s prevenient grace, that is, grace that invites and accepts us before we even know what we are doing. We have a choice: we can align ourselves with this grace freely given, or with the jeers of the crowds. God has already picked us– what will we choose? (Luke 23:33-43)

  1. Hi there pastor Becca,

we started a men’s group at our church, called Iron Man. we used a image and as I swa now it is one of your photo’s, namely people worshipping on a beach. i would like to get permission from you to use the image, also on our newly designed website, and if yes, if you still have the photo you could send me to use, with better resolution than the one I have??!!!! PLEASE!!!!

    THANK YOU!!!
    Andre

    1. Hi Andre, this picture does not belong to me; I got it from a free site called stock exchange (www.sxc.hu). You should be able to find it there if you create a username and password and then search for silhouettes or people on beach or some similar combination.

      I hope that helps!

      Becca
